A full rewire replaces everything. A partial rewire replaces the circuits that need it, often a kitchen, a bathroom or the lighting, and leaves sound circuits in place. Testing tells us which you need.

How it's planned
First fix runs the new cables while the property is open. Second fix fits the sockets, switches and fittings once the plastering is done. Where you're living in the house, it's planned room by room so you keep power and light where you need it.
